Positive: Very good apartment for big group (#253), nice building, great location, good staff, etc.
Negative: Big apartment (for 10-12 people) let down by very small (really one person) kitchen with very limited cooking tools, no oven mitts, etc.

Positive: Great location in centre of Les Eucherts and ability to ski in and out was very convenient. Nice balcony with lovely views across valley. Rooms are very comfortable and have small things that others don't like hooks for towels, washing lines over baths etc.
Negative: Check in was chaos and our rooms were not available at the official check in time - we had to wait a long time and there was no space in reception. They ask guests to strip beds, bag all linen and towels, clean out bins and fridge when they leave, so they really should be able to have the rooms ready on time, and if not, they should at least make guests comfortable by serving an afternoon tea for those who are waiting. Pool not very warm and hot tub not available to children.
